Ascent Print Design
As Ascent’s Lead UX Designer, and having a background in graphic design, I led the design of all print materials for both B2C and B2B audiences. I collaborated closely with the marketing and compliance teams to create visually compelling and compliant assets used for customer retention and lead generation. These materials were distributed through direct mail campaigns and as on-campus handouts for students.
Supporting partner school growth at Ascent
As Ascent rapidly expanded its network of partner schools, I took on the additional responsibility of supporting the school sales team by creating custom print assets for new partnerships. In addition to leading high-priority product design projects, I managed the timely delivery of these materials—often balancing competing deadlines across multiple initiatives.
To ensure both UX and sales support needs were met, I supervised junior designers and interns, training them in Adobe InDesign and guiding them through the process of fulfilling requests from the sales team. Under my leadership, our team maintained a 100% on-time delivery rate for all print assets, contributing to the seamless onboarding of new school partners and continued growth of the business.
